We called the county, but the county said we need to call FGUA. He said we need to call the county and have them rectify this. His equipment was not in very good condition, but my sister was with him and he showed her what he said was a clog under the sidewalk. I had the polite gentleman over twice, he snaked/videoed the line out to the street. I would 100% do business with them again and would recommend them. I cannot say enough great things about this company and of Hilda. It is a rare quality in a business with a reputation for having swindlers. I felt that I could trust her judgment based on experience and honesty. She explained the needs of my HVAC and duct system in a way that all could understand educationally. Hilda is an excellent representative of this company - she is honest with the customer and tries to help them as much as possible. She made sure I was up to date on any changes and offered their fantastic financing package. Hilda had a fantastic crew that consisted of Brandon, Mr. Within a few days, they started the project. She quickly responded, listened to my needs, and quoted me accordingly. I called up Hilda a few months later to get the project rolling. I sat on the project until I was ready financially, in wintertime, and at that point in my renovation journey. She gave me a competitive price, unlike their competition that was way overpriced and trying to add all unnecessary bells and whistles. TOP notch company! In 2021, I met with Hilda, who gave me an honest quote on a full-duct replacement of my low pitch roof 1962 house in Orlando.
